Amazing diet

I lost nearly a stone in 6 weeks on the PTFM diet. Once I had the tools to work out what I should eat it was easy to menu plan and even with a family to cook for I could incorporate their meals into what I was eating by reducing my portions and amending the ingredients slightly then I would make up the rest of my meals out of my remaining allocations. During the time on The PTFM diet I never felt hungry and actually had more energy than usual. I also felt better about myself and more alert than I previously did. Being able to basically eat what I wanted made it enjoyable but forced me to stick with the more nutritional aspects of my diet. It doesn't take much time to prepare I just plan everything at the beginning of the week and make sure I have in what I need. I carry on with the principles as I enjoy the way the diet makes me feel.

Helped me to achieve my goals!

My journey began by wanting to lose weight and get fit so I joined Xtreme Boot Camps in Stratford. The training was hard but effective and soon my fitness grew and weight slowly went down but then I hit a wall and I struggled to shift the next stone. So instructor James recommend PTFM. Now at first this seemed very complicated trying to work out all the different weights of the different macros, but as James helped me through the process this soon became easier to understand and putting meal plans together was easy. After the first week I noticed the difference in how I felt and couldn't wait to train with my new found energy. I stuck to the diet plan for 6 weeks and lost a total of 10lbs, so the diet plan helped me lose those pounds I couldn't shift but it has also changed what I eat and when. This diet plan really helped me move forward with achieving my goals and once you understand what to eat and when, it really helps you get the most out of exercising and fitness. I would recommend this diet plan 100% no matter what level you are at, beginner or expert.

Best nutrition I ever had

I love PTFM! I did not feel like I was on a diet at all and lost a total of 10lbs in 6 weeks. You can make all the meals to suit you and change them as often as you like. This was great for me as I get bored of eating the same foods so would often make new recipes and really enjoy them. Doing the jobs I do, I get quite tired in the afternoons/evenings but by eating the right foods on PTFM I felt a lot more alert and actually had more energy throughout the day. I would absolutely recommend this to others, I know they would not be disappointed! Fitness is a very important aspect in my life and nutrition was the only thing getting in the way of me and my goals. Now I have the best body I have ever had thanks to PTFM!!

It changed the way I eat forever

Creating my own diet was difficult at first, trying to fit my favourite clean foods into my macro allowance, after a few recipes I started to realise  I did not have to have "plain food" and which ones were my favourite and built upon those. Chicken and tuna days were the best by far, with chilli flakes, Italian seasoning, garlic salt etc. The hardest thing was cutting out that glass of wine with dinner after a hard day at work, but a week into it I realised it was a habit and felt much better for not drinking alcohol!

I thought I'd be hungry looking at how much food was in my diet plan, but the reality of it was very different. I felt full earlier on in the day, I wasn't craving snacks or counting down until my next meal. I found some days I couldn't even finish my meals! I lost 10lb over 6 weeks. The first two weeks I saw a loss of only 2lb and felt a bit disheartened. After my third week I took some progression photos and saw a change in my body. I started to see some definition, and my partner noticed too! It started to feel worthwhile! It definitely changed the way I think about nutrition, I don't drink alcohol now unless I am going out. I try not to have take away nights and plan my meals in advance so I am never tempted towards a cheeky fast food restaurant!!!

I loved making my own diet and getting real results!

Creating my own diet was easy, after working out how many calories my body needed I was able to create my own meal plans choosing foods that I enjoy. Within one week of changing my diet I started feeling a lot more energetic. After six weeks I had lost 10lbs and 3 inches off my waist!

Doing this has definitely changed my thoughts on diet and nutrition. Changing what you eat, to what your body needs, makes a big difference to how you feel and also how you look.

I would absolutely recommend this diet, not just to people who want to lose weight but also to people who want to understand more about nutrition and eating what your body needs to keep you healthy

I am pleased to share I have lost 5 1/2 inches off my stomach!

I just wanted to share this with some of you that are doing PTFM. I started having PT sessions with James just over ten weeks ago and started PTFM 3 weeks ago. I am please to share have lost 5 1/2 inches off my stomach, which I'm amazed with! I still have got along way to go but thank you for your help and support PTFM
